Damn Oblivious Doctor doesn't know the prognosis, and certainly doesn't care to know either. He was inspired by this guy:

I drew a cartoon version of him, and colored him in gray-scale to be consistent with popular memes such as "Some faith in humanity has been restored" guy, and "If y'know what I mean" guy.

He's extremely versatile and can be used for just about anything that may have no answer.
