This meme comes from the 1996 Mel Gibson film Ransom. The film is about a multi-millionaire airline owner named Tom Mullen portrayed by Mel Gibson, whose son is kidnapped by a crooked New York Detective Jimmy Shaker portrayed by Gary Sinise. The line itself comes from a conversation between Shaker (via a voice changer) and Mullen. Shaker demands money for the child's ransom, but an angered Mullen simply screams back "Gimme back my son!" at him.
