Origin
The word "Gnocca" is a derivitive term for the word "nigger". The word is used to address an overly-sterotypical black person.(Watermelons, Kool-Aid, Sunglasses, SUVs, large electronic stereos, etc) The term is usually said in a manner in which the speaker utters the word in a mocking and/or overly-stressed way, not meaning to be racist, just to make a joke. The word was used in a wave of popularity in 2009 on most forum sites, to where it seemed to come from nowhere, then disappearred, and returned to nowhere. While the origin of the word is unclear, most people believe that the word came from "The Boondocks" a TV show that usually portays black culture. Mr. Stinkmeaner, a black character on the show, is supposed to be the originator of the word. Stinkmeaner hates modern day Black-American culture, and Black Americans, so it would make sense for this to address an overly-stereotypical black person. (Season 1, Episode 4. Air date: Novermber 27, 2005) However, The Boondocks may not be the only source of the meme. The other contributor may be Russian born American comedian, Eugene Mirman. In Mirman's 2009 Comedy Central Presents, the word "gnocca" was part of his act on an isolated moment. [citation coming] He did pronounce "gnocca" in an overly stressed manner, although it is unclear if he was calling someone a "nigger". (in a non-physical sense of course.) While the orgin is debatable, the usage is not. The word is NOT to be confused with the Italian term of "Gnocca" which is supposed to refer to an attactive woman.
Variations and Usage
WOWGNOCCA: To amplify the image to show that the person has reached heights in "Gnoccaism".
LOL DEM GNOCCAS: To show an average black person that still show subtle signs of Gnoccaism.
DES GNOCCAS: The combination of the "Rape Face" meme and "Gnoccas". Used to portray a true Gnocca.
THE X, hand it over: The image to show the Gnocca asking for something to relieve his needs of Gnoccaism.
Also, used simply as an insult to a person without common sense. (Asshole, bitch, etc.)
