Curious Heather is spy meme that spies anyone and anything that we can't see which involves history, recent events, etc. This is based on the How To Train Your Dragon series "Dreamworks Dragons." that introduces the new character on the episode "Heather Report Part I" that she is trying to steal the Book of Dragons without being seen. Then she will give it to the Outcasts in order for them to train the dragons with it so that they can free her parents.
