About
"Say what Again!" is a popular catchphrase originally quoted in the 1994 American crime film Pulp Fiction. In the film, contract killer Jules Winnfield (played by Samuel Jackson) confronts a guy who keeps responding to his questions with "what?" and dares him to say it again.
Origin
The memorable scene from the cult classic film shows two contract killers Jules and Vincent (played by John Travolta) interrogating one of Marcellus' gang members:
Samuel: What does Marcellus look like.
Scared Guy: What?
Samuel: (flips table) What country you from?!
Scared Guy: What?
Samuel: What ain't no country I've ever heard of! They speak English in What?
Scared Guy: What?
Samuel: English motherfucker do you speak it!?
Scared Guy: Yes!
Samuel: Then you know what I am saying?
Scared Guy: Yes!
Samuel: Describe what Marcellus Wallace looks like.
Scared Guy:.. What?
Samuel: (points gun) Say what again. SAY WHAT again! And I dare you, I double dare you motherfucker! Say what one more time.

[researching]
Around 2005, Samuel Jackson starred in a animated comedy called The Boondocks, in which he says the very line. Though the line itself isn't very funny, it just shows how bad ass someone can be just by messing with you.
