Origin
On October 14th, 1994, Miramax released the film Pulp Fiction in the United States.[1] In the film, the characters Vincent Vega and Jules Winnfield (portrayed by John Travolta and Samuel L. Jackson), a pair of hitmen, confront a man who stole a briefcase from their boss. When they examine the brief cast, Winnfield asks, "We happy?" Vega opens the case, sees a bright light and says, "Oh, we happy." The contents of the briefcase, which are a Macguffin for the film's plot, have long been a topic of conservation among fans.
