Obviously coming from the hit TV show, Family Guy, this certain line coming from the episode, Three Kings. In one certain story that Family Guy was showing [The Shawshank Redemption parody] Peter is caught playing music, and as Carter tells him that its forbidden, Peter follows his statement by telling him he's 'being obtuse'.
