Technologically Impaired Duck is an image macro spin-off of Advice Dog, created using Memegenerator.net, and popular on 4chan’s /b/ in 2009. According to Encyclopedia Dramatica , Technologically Impaired Duck is “is a relatively new spin-off which can be mildly lulzy to most /b/tards, as it relates to the two things they know best: the Internets and stupid.”.

Example of a Technologically Impaired Duck is a duck against a color wheel, with a quite goofy statement on it, i.e “The Internet is down / I’ll call Google” or “Download more RAM.”

Technologically Impaired Duck is a Demigod Tier Memegenerator meme, just behind Philosoraptor and before Depression Dog.
