Tiny Miniskirts

This line originated from Episode 13 of Full Metal Alchemist. Roy Mustang, a main/side character, is challenged by Edward Elric so that Ed may re-instate his Alchemy License. Roy, believing that the fight will never be allowed by the Fuhrer, accepts the challenge. After confronting the Fuhrer about this challenge, he believes that this is a good idea and should humor Edward. Although he does not like the idea, Roy Mustang accepts only to follow his orders. After leaving the Fuhrer's presence, we see Roy in the hallway with two of his colleagues, and mentions that he is only listening to the Fuhrer until the day that he steps down and Roy becomes the new one. Roy mentions that he will make many changes, the first of which is to make it so that all female officers will be required to wear "tiny miniskirts."

On August 04, 2008 a youtube user by the name of Insomnihax created a remix of this popular line by having Roy confess his eternal love for tiny miniskirts (and dogs).

And as all things soon become popular, there is always one person who feels the need that it is worthy enough to be part of the "Sparta Remix" genre.

At an interview of the FMA cast, Vic Mignogna, Edward Elric, told the fans where this line originated from. Apparently at another interview, one of the fans had asked Vic to say something nice about Colonel Mustang. Vic, after saying that Colonel Mustang looks "Dead sexy…", turned into an epic troll and said to the fans "… in a miniskirt."

Germany will never rest until they get their tiny miniskirts.

Later on Vic started to become a little annoyed at all the yaoi fangirls who thought that he was saying he was just sexy. And at many conventions he has told this story and how it all started.
