This phenomenon is from the practice of compiling a montage of scenes from a video game or TV show,
and set it to an audio track of a Dane Cook skit. The scenes are timed to the audio for maximum lulz, and as of now, the most popular practice is to use cutscenes from video games or anime. In addition, some video makers will use drawings of characters to illustrate the audio.
