About
Cody Ko "Let's Go" refers to two viral videos of YouTuber Cody Ko saying, "Let's go" and "Let's fucking go" while pretending to ballroom dance with classical ballroom dance music playing. In the first video, he enthusiastically says, "Let's fucking go, baby!" In the second video, he lacks enthusiasm, saying, "Let's fucking go? Let's go, I guess?" In early 2024, the videos went viral on TikTok, inspiring TikTok sounds used by others for memes.
Origin
On February 13th, 2024, Cody Ko posted a video to his secondary YouTube[1] channel Cody & Ko called, "Zillow Gone Wild," in which he reacted to the subreddit /r/zillowgonewild, gaining over 1.5 million views in three months. At the video's 14:42-minute mark (shown below), Ko jumps up from his chair and exclaims, "Let's fucking go, baby!" Then, ballroom dance music plays and he pretends to ballroom dance.
On April 30th, Cody Ko posted another video to his YouTube[2] channel Cody & Ko called, "Checking in on Mr Beast," in which he reacted to MrBeast's video "Ages 1 – 100 Decide Who Wins $250,000," receiving over 1.9 million views in six days. At the video's 55:39-minute mark (shown below), Cody Ko redid his "Let's go" bit, instead saying it unenthusiastically like, "Let's fucking go? Let's go, I guess?"

On February 19th, 2024, TikToker[3] @ivoryrdaley posted the clip from Cody Ko's February 2024 video,[1] captioning it, "When that first sip of Dr. Pepper hits," receiving over 2.6 million plays and 423,600 likes in three months (shown below, left).
Others used the clip after, such as TikToker[4] @bellekive on February 21st, who joked about BTS singer Kim Tae-hyung (V) "whenever he hears the slightest hint of jazz or classical music." The TikToker's video also edited Ko into a ballroom setting. Over three months, the TikTok gained over 408,500 plays and 42,400 likes (shown below, right).

After Cody Ko's April 30th, 2024, video,[2] TikToker[5] @cherrybubblegumcherry clipped it and posted it, receiving over 2.8 million plays and 425,800 likes in six days (shown below, left).
Creators then used the sound[6] of the new video for their memes, such as TikToker[7] @peeeness on May 3rd, who joked about, "not smoking to prove to myself I can stop, but now I'm just bored," earning over 3.3 million plays and 786,000 likes in four days (shown below, right).
