A quick look, maybe he has some of the old man's magic for turning potential or expected flops into success, but even though those aren't detailed, the fact he had pretty big boots to fill (Arakawa's successor, one of the guys involved in the original Donkey Kong, the guy who named Mario and currently together with the creator of Tetris earning all the money) and making sure whoever would take his place had to be one of the finest specimen on earth (Reggie).

By proxy, I have to assume this guy behind the curtains is awesome.
