There is no way that they are gonna sell a dlc character for $1 even in bulk. You'd be lucky if the all in one pack prices each character at $4, and still that would be $80 extra pushing the total to $120. A roster of 20 is fine in games like Street Fighter or Guilty Gear, but in fighting games where you have a team of characters in a match you need more. On top of all this is that they are mostly characters we have already seen in other Arc Sys games, they don't need to be DLC.
