It was hard for Kellam the first year that his birthday was forgotten. Though he was steadily learning to deal with his parents' refusal to acknowledge his existence, it was almost unbearable that first birthday. When he grew bold enough to mention it, he was surprised to find that a rushed last-minute planned birthday was even worse than a forgotten one. Not wanting to bear the false well-wishing or to be the source of stress fueled rushing, Kellam took to remaining silent about his 'special day'. As the years passed, he found the disappointment and pain did as well and he grew to not really care for his birthday. Try as he might, he still had to acknowledge the day, if only for himself, to keep track of his own years 2 ぐ4 I concocted a recipe based on your preferred confectionery palette... though such an endeavor proved more challenging than I had originally hypothesized. After six attempts, I do believe I have amalgamated the proper ratio of ingredients... I do hope you find it most appetizing. A most joyous birthday to you, Kellam.

No that's Miriel, the mage in your team. Kellam has a gimmick in the game where everyone forgets about him. They don't even realize that he's with them. Despite wearing a full suit of armor and is the one of the largest characters in the game, they still forget him.

Now in this comic, it's Kellam's birthday and everyone doesn't realize it and just carries on with their lives. Miriel however, decides to bake Kellam a cake to wish him a happy birthday. Kellam then gets up and hugs Miriel thanking her for not forgetting him.
