Gather a small coterie of clever, sadistic, amoral people who will stop at nothing to gain power or wealth, or who simply enjoy causing pain for its own sake. This will be your officer corps. 2. Find large numbers of under-employed, socially inept people from the dominant culture (the same one as your own, but not as smart as your officer corps) who think they are entitled to better than the world has given them but are not willing to work for it. Look for anyone with a grievance, particularly one they have no means of resolving. Young single underpaid men work best, as th have no family commitments to divide their attention. 3. Now choose as a target a relatively powerless, despised marginalized group who have been asking for better treatment lately. Best to select one that is not organized and unused to using force to defend itself 4. Devise a cover story for your activities that gives the illusion you are somehow acting for the public good. Use this as a recruiting tool. Build it into an ideology. Use slogans and propaganda to create cohesion. Assert that YOU are the weak and oppressed group, not your chosen targets. 5. Persuade your army that the target group is actually a huge danger to them; a powerful, organized cabal of outsiders who are trying to disrupt their way of life and have no business as part of your group or nation. Emphasize their "differentness." Use lies and conspiracy theories. Adopt the terminology of warfare; tell your foot soldiers that they are merely acting in legitimate defense against invasion. 6. Encourage your foot soldiers to attack members of the target group. Tell them that the ends justify the means and promise them that you can protect them agt any reprisals. 7. Use any resistance, however mild, against your attacks as evidence of the target's moral bankruptcy. Assert that they have forfeited any right to dissent or resist. 8. Savagely and publicly punish anyone from your group who questions either your assumptions or your tactics. Accuse anyone who appears to be an independent thinker of being a spy for the other side. 9. Publicly disavow the more extreme actions of your followers, while pointing out that the targets really did deserve it anyway. Praise and reward your extremists in private. 10. Find one or two members from the target group whom you can trick into joining your organization to use as evidence that you don't really mean any harm to ALL of the targets, only the ones who are supposedly evil. You can usually draw these from members of the target group who have been badly treated by their own kind; failing that, use bribery 11. Intimidate or seek to destroy any members of the press who question your actions or who report on your true intentions. 12. Do not debate; do not reason; only attack. Ignore all criticism. Guy sounds like he described the SJW's and current media tbh. An army that constantly has to be oppressed, or is fighting for the oppressed against filthy white male privilege and a patriarchy, is told by the media that they're doing well and that their opposition is knowingly or unknowingly subjugating everyone, and never reports on them if they go to extreme lengths to drive their targets to the ground, and in fact will congratulate them for doing so.
