1. Stick to small social groups only like a handful community pages you actually care about
2. Don't add people you haven't talked to in over a year. Chances are you still wont talk to them and they will just overload your page with annoying bullshit you don't care about.
3. Don't write or respond to any political bait. You're getting upset and ruining your mood over someone who has no idea what the fuck they are talking about.

1. Don't use twitter
