With nothing but an internet connection and an agile imagination, the average 21st century person can now carry themselves back into the time of figures like Amenhotep, Constantine, and Otto von Bismarck. That's right: through the power of history memes we can travel back in time, or at least back through the ream of imagination.

Time travel may never be "real" in the way that trees or bones are real, but then is anything in history really "real"?
