Netflix has recently released a series called Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story. This series is a dramatization of some real events involving the notorious serial killer named, you guessed it, Jeffrey Dahmer. Dahmer certainly had some issues, to say the least. Apparently, one of them was making unfortunate victims watch bad TV — at least, according to the meme. We have no idea whether this was based on real truth, but it's certainly a strange thing to think about.
