While it has yet to be declared an actual religion, many on Reddit would personally like to see the movie Shrek be elevated to something much larger than just a source of memes. The titular character is not only extremely relatable, he is essentially seen as a prophet by many who are searching for their next leader. And, despite the fact that there have been what feels like a thousand Shrek movies, many are demanding more.
