"Choosing beggars" are people who think they're entitled to pretty much everything. And some of the things they come up with are…ridiculous, to say the least. Normal people usually have to pay for the products and services they want. But these few people believe they're so special that they shouldn't have to do the same. And it's not like these are things anyone needs, either. They're just things that some really self-centered people decided they should have, because they deserve it.
