We live in a strange world where everywhere seems to be short-staffed but no one can seem to find a job. For whatever reason the people who are doing the recruiting for all of these open jobs seem to be making it difficult for anyone to not only get them, but to even get an interview. There are so many stories lately of people applying to hundreds of jobs on Indeed and LinkedIn only to receive a generic rejection email or literally no response at all.
