15 Of The Crappiest Designs Out There

We can't all be architects. Designing something great takes a lot of time, thought and energy, and even designing something mediocre does, too. But sometimes, people skip the planning stage altogether. So while not all of us are great designers, there are a select few among us who are so much worse than anyone could imagine, and yet it's literally their one job to design these things.

Since the people hiring experts are far from experts themselves, one would figure there would be a little quality control from someone who should know what they're doing, right? But even when we were asking for so little, somehow, crappy designers still manage to disappoint us. Whether they're building a home someone is going to actually have to live in or simply picking a photo to use for an ad campaign, these people did their jobs so wrong that the results are almost laughable (or downright hazardous). Here are some of our favorite examples of designs that don't exactly look planned.
