If you've been on the internet in the last six months, you've probably encountered the Dancing Pallbearers. This group of parading coffin carriers from Ghana are one of the year's biggest memes, punctuating fail videos with a jovial trip to the grave.

Brought to us by a BBC News Africa documentary about Nana Otafrija Pallbearing Services, the meme has created a new way to say owned online.

The meme has been one of the most ubiquitous and widely used over the past year. So it's not surprising that the video has gone from TikTok to the Facebook feed of President Donald Trump, which is among the most closely watched social media feed in the world.
