Many Irish people were surprised to find how much Matt Leblanc's posture and manner reminded them of an older Irish man — their da, their uncle, a man who's always in the pub. The internet can be a place that gives voice to the collective unconscious, where a bunch of people who have the same passing thought can join together into a trend.
