Three years later, in August 2017, another Facebook user posted the drawing captioned, "City girls buy vibrators / Country girls make do," creating an image macro meme.

This became an exceptionally infamous image and phrase online, as anything related to corn seemed ripe to be turned into a "Country Girls Make Do" meme.
