Obviously, such a video makes you want to find out what "X" is. Currently, the hot "Don't Google" item is something called an "Infinity Pillow," and no, it's not the very comfy looking pillow designed for travel.

However, it seems there is definitely an element of curiosity-based engagement farming going on in these videos, as we've seen with other Don't Google trends in the past.
The basic idea is that content creators post themselves "freaking out" about the Infinity Pillow, be sure to name what it is, but don't offer any explanation as to what the Infinity Pillow is. This leads clueless commenters to scroll through TikTok and find dozens of other creators doing exactly the same thing, ultimately racking up millions of views based on the trend.
This sort of shock has likely been exaggerated to astroturf the Infinity Pillow into a trending topic. While one may not like the idea of the Infinity Pillow, it's tough to imagine it warrants a 10/10 "shocked" reaction on an internet that has produced way grosser and way more notorious things than a dual-purpose pillow/sex toy.
