Who Is 'Sinder' And What Did She Do? The Allegations Against The VTuber And Her Manager-Boyfriend 'Redacted' Explained

The VTuber world is embroiled in drama right now after VTuber Sinder was accused of working with her boyfriend and manager REDACTED to blacklist an artist from working with certain other VTubers.
The drama started when the artist, Nanoless, posted a Google Doc detailing their interactions with the VTuber and her manager, and it has since inspired several other VTubers to speak out.
So, who exactly is Sinder, and what are the allegations against her? Here's what you need to know.

Who Is 'Sinder' And What Did She Do?
Sinder is a VTuber with over 320,000 followers on Twitch. Recently, a VTuber and VTuber artist called Nanoless, who used to work commissions for Sinder, posted a Google Doc accusing Sinder and her manager, REDACTED, of slandering certain VTubers and creators in private.
She also accused them of manipulating her into exclusively making art for Sinder by talking badly about other VTubers she was working with.
According to Nanoless, and supported by screenshots of Discord DMs purportedly between her and REDACTED, Sinder and REDACTED had a blacklist of VTubers that she couldn't make art for.
In some DMs, the two are shown sending messages that seem to suggest Nanoless' art is devalued when she does characters other than Sinder. The two allegedly used the phrase "it's just business" to excuse, in Nanoless' words, "sabotaging" other VTubers.

Following the allegations by Nanoless, two other VTubers, Slivervale and Spite, came forward as two of the VTubers mentioned in Nanoless' DMs with REDACTED. They confirmed claims of being blacklisted, with Silvervale claiming that Nanoless canceled orders on them.
Originally, Nanoless claimed it was for her mental health, but Silvervale writes that they now realize it was because of REDACTED.
On top of that, after Sinder announced that she was done working with REDACTED due to the allegations, VTuber Vampeaches made a comment claiming that REDACTED and Sinder were dating.
In her opinion, it made the situation worse, writing, "It's even ickier to read this tweet knowing he is your significant other and that you're probably going to try and avoid taking responsibility for hurting people who trusted you as friends by nuking the RED side of this duo."

How Did 'Sinder' Respond To The Allegations?
Sinder responded to the drama not only by cutting ties with REDACTED, but by releasing an apology via Google Doc the next day.
In her document, Sinder confirms she and REDACTED are dating. She apologizes to everyone involved in the drama individually and claims she was unaware of a lot of the things going on, including the blacklisting of certain VTubers, shifting the blame to REDACTED.
She writes that REDACTED was responsible for much of the communication with Nanoless. She also writes that while she did ask REDACTED to blacklist Silvervale, she did not ask for Spire to be blacklisted in any way.
Additionally, she tries to explain the "devalued art" comments, writing, "What Red was trying to explain to Nano is that if everyone has a model by her, then the innate value of her models overall are diminished by there being an oversaturation of that type of model out there."
The apology has continued to inspire controversy, with many refusing to accept it, including fellow VTuber Shylily.
