Typically, chronic venous insufficiency is not life-threatening, according to doctors at UCLA Health. It's deadly only if it's left untreated, which is not happening with President Trump. Press Secretary Leavitt said that the President was already undergoing evaluations and procedures in Thursday's conference.

Many TikTokers and meme creators have hopped onto the rumor that the President's time is waning. Most of the memes follow the same format as the original, in which the person shown appears to be distraught but then breaks character to show that they're actually excited.

While that seems to be the dominant format, others are using the trend to cast doubt on Vice President J.D. Vance's ability to assume the Presidential position if Trump does meet his demise.
