It seems that the person who Photoshopped the image is Twitter / X user @TacoAmigo777, who is currently the first-known person to have posted it in January 2023, captioning it, "DREAM IS A TRIPLET ?!?!?!? 😱😱😱." The men just fit so perfectly with Dream's face, painting the disturbing picture of identical brotherhood.
