Hospital 'Don't Do X' Posts refers to a series of memes in which POV photographs from hospitals rooms and ambulances are combined with warnings not to do a certain action, implying that performing that action could land one in a hospital. It's common in the format to show a hospital heart monitor or other medical device showing bad health at the same time.
