Right after the camera starts recording, she's seen pulling up her jersey and bra to flash her chest. She quickly realizes that she's being recorded and pulls herself back together. She's then shown laughing along with others in the crowd.

Kait Flynn is the real name of the Oilers Girl. She didn't reveal her identity for a while after the video went viral. She broke her silence on Instagram when she shared a video to her account @k89.fly mid-month.
She explained who she was and was hilariously unapologetic about the event, saying in essence, yeah, she got a little drunk and exposed herself, but who cares?
What's The Oilers Girl's Playboy Deal?
