It took place in Athens, Georgia where he was playing the piano and the harmonica while singing. He prefaced the video by saying it was "one of the worst things somebody's probably ever done [to him] while street performing."

In the video, a young woman is shown harassing him by hitting his keyboard. She's then seen coming back to the scene of the crime where she hits his keyboard more aggressively, completely knocking it to the ground the second time around. Instead of apologizing, she seemingly takes money from TheAndrewShoe's tip jar.

After the video went viral, racking up over 3 million views in less than a day, some people on TikTok actually recognized her. They identified her as Shantae Heard and they started reposting photos from her Instagram and Facebook accounts.

According to the findings of users who investigated her, Heard is a 21-year-old Georgia resident with a passion for hairstyling. Users noted that Heard's Instagram was @atl.minit, however, as of September 26th, she's either deleted or deactivated her account. The same goes for Facebook, which was simply under her name Shantae Heard. She's likely taking a hiatus from social media following the backlash.

Overall, it appears that some people are trying to harass her online, taking a strange, vigilante route. This has gone as far as people harassing her mother on Facebook as well as digging up her alleged criminal record, which is, ultimately, unconfirmed.
