You know what I find interesting for some reason? It seems like a lot of people lurked before joining, but I joined before lurking. I originally joined KYM to work on the database, and didn't visit the forums for months. (And my first post ever was in Meme Research, slightly less than a year ago.)

I did that. I was here for six months before my first forum post. Of course, that means in the forums I'm a newfag now…
6 month lurking period. Makes a profile just so I can put up the Derp entry. Makes a triple post and gets yelled at. Lurks for another six weeks. Spends about two years on the forums. I'm a really old oldfag.
