That depends. Is it clopping to ponies or to humans inspired by the ponies, cause the later is a sign of a healthy young male?

Put very simply, I think it's something between sexual expression in furrydom and bestiality.

In more detail, I don't know much about the overtly sexual and less sexual parts of the furry community though, so I can't really elaborate too much, but that's how strikes me. I'm a little disturbed by it, since I'm not comfortable with bestiality and I don't have any personal experience with the bestiality fetish or the sexual furry community, but at least no animals are being harmed in the process, so I just try not to think about it.
 
It's a similar concern I have with lolicon. Some people get their kicks from looking at cartoon kids in a sexual manner, but they aren't kids. But it still disturbs me. A lot. But again, I don't have personal experience with that fetish or those participating in it, so I don't think about it much, and pray to God that it doesn't cross into real life.

According to KYM, clopping can either be either pony-pony and human-pony.
If it's pony-pony, deppending what is on the image, I may like for the lulz.
I don't like human-pony clopping. If I'd fap (I said fap) to ponies, then they would first have to be humanized (not anthro.)

I'll say that has happened before. A humanization is a human, but I prefer it to be background characters. I couldn't get off to Twilight Sparkle or anyone I know too well.

I never realized (I knew there be a bit) that there's so much sexual MLP fan based shit online, makes me think that the male demographic have intense sexual frustration to go for characters from a little girls show I mean the whole lesbian thing was cute at first but my god equestria is not a sex-topia . I think I said it before its turning in to Invader zim fan base.

A lot of it started on 4chan did you think that any of the /b/ros that turned /b/rony would change that much. I mean just go to ponychan and see for yourself.

I know its the internet, just when I say hey I can be a bronies and I see the content and attitude from some bronies, it makes me go Pff not getting sucked in to this label. Its like being pro legalize pot and you try to make your case but your stoned friend with a Rastafarian hat comes in and cant stop laughing at the red gummy bears and smells like some one mowed a lawn and lit the lawn mower on fire.

So I can't help but think where is the danger point? Or is there one at all, and the sexual side of bronydom just weird but expected and even normal? I don't want to just call it normal to not have people feel guilty about it. I also don't want to let my personal feelings let me think less objectively about the matter.

I feel as if (and Lauren said herself) that the mane 6's personalities range between those of adolescents and adults. I can see that. But doesn't that reflect many of women in the real world too?
I mean the ponies are working and making money, running businesses, taking on advanced scholarly pursuits: these are the attributes of adults.
I know that I have adolescent tendencies like getting upset with the thread when it's not going my way and using big words to cover up my whining, instead of being mature about it and leaving it be. But many other adults do that too (well…in different ways.) The personalities of the ponies are certainly that of humans. The fluidity of animation isn't like any ponies I've seen:
it's more like a human gait placed into the motion of a four-legged walk.
Doesn't all of that lend itself to seeing the ponies as (at the least) human-like and adult-like?
 
Or does it still boil down to Ponies are ponies are ponies and will always be ponies: human-like traits are irrelevant?

Basically every community has that embarrasing side that all the "good" fans want to hide from everyfandom else, and FiM is no exception. We just have to stay away from from them and claim try to show the "normal" side of the fandom (what is not difficult, since it is the majority)

Sorry for the immediate second post, but I realized that I hardly addressed MoaDakka's post.

On the matter of cartoons and the sexualization of it in a broader sense, I'd say to make sure the two don't mix (because some people are disgusted by sexual matters outside of a specific context) but the existence of either isn't terrible or even bad. My personal sense of right and wrong is only offended when obvious child-like characters with completely child-like personalities or animal-characters with completely animalistic traits are being thought of sexually.

As for the community itself, I think people could very easily find Rule 34 and think that all Bronies are all about the sexualization of a kids' show. But if they come to a conclusion that quickly, then they probably aren't ready to be rational on the matter anyway. That simply isn't the case for a massive majority of Bronies.

I think anyone posting on the subject here has said that they find something sexual about the show/characters/art/something, but I'd believe that the attraction to it is following the traits of adult women and not children or ponies. We aren't a part of the community for the porn of it. The community exists for the love of the show for what it is as it is, and the welcoming, interesting, and just plain fun parts of the fandom. The porn simply exists because that is the nature of humans. The context of the show and the size of the community probably makes the universal fact seem larger than it actually is in this community.

Also, Gigatoast can offer an explanation as to why all of my text is BS. Just you wait.

If you draw or like R34, try to keep it to yourself or a collection of R34-ers because all too many ponies are sick of it ( not to mention when you are looking at an imageboard in a public place you don't want to be associated with such things (unless you're that type of person) when a parasprite posts R34 among less offensive stuff )
