I usually get turned off by rule 34 stuff, but this pic I saw posted on KYM turned me on. O_O

So, I wasn't here for the first season, and I wasn't in the fandom as long as some of you guys, but still all I can say is this.

Even if you guys do some crazy stuff at times.

Are you kidding? That's some of the finest plot I've seen in awhile. Nothing compared to Colgate's though. ;)

I've been meaning to ask, what the **** is up with the r34 lately? We aren't 4chan, we are above that dammit. What reasoning is there for stuff like that to be in a nice place like this? By god the internet can be confusing at times.

Yeah…The thread has been weird for the past couple of pages. Conversation sprinkled into the mess of R34, off-pony video game references, and 6 word responses…

I'm just trying to stay out of it when I get annoyed with it and come back later that night when everyone else is asleep on this side of the globe.
 
Oh, as a head's up, new episodes will begin to air starting with Episode 4 at 10am EST, not 9am EST. That works out fine for me. I get an extra hour of sleeping in. But how does everyone else like that?

As far as I know, every fan base has a dark side. For example, several years ago, while I was looking on Google Images for Pokemon pics, I accidentally found Rule 34 pics of my Pokemon. That was only the beginning of my nightmares, though. After doing a short research on Rule 34, I became more shocked when even KIRBY was affected by rule 34 as well!

But aside from the porn pics, I found out that no fan bases are perfect, and that you'll always find creepy or weird fan works on the Internet. Why?

BECAUSE IT'S THE INTERNET.

And you always gotta deal with these issues.

True, yes. If we can even call it dark.

But why here? I think that was the question. The rules of the forum are established so that we don't have to deal with them here.

Anyway, I think there's enough of the lovable aspects of the show in the pilot episodes to hook most people that would like the show. I was hooked from then end of Episode 1, but I wasn't really a Brony until halfway through Episode 3. As CitationNeeded said, most people that have seen the whole season like other episodes a lot better than those two.

But I love Kirby…and not in that way…
