Well, if you are you going to portray KYM-tan with different emotions, give her all the facial expressions listed on the following art meme. This is, from personal experience, what I believe is the most helpful/complete list of all the important realistic faces possible that you could ever give to an original character. It basically helps teach artists how to convey a character's emotions right. It's a perfect tool for what you're asking.
