Seen this a bunch, tends to overlap with deep fried memes and others from the "ironic black internet culture" genre, if that's what it's called.
Most of these I found in facebook pages like CTFU world, I can't find a point of origin but I assume it's started there. Have you seen any spread of this in other sites? .
