Anyone know the origin of this meme or info spread of the phrase?

It usually has Peter Griffin killing himself or some tragedy portrayed in Family Guy and it's superimposed with the words Do The X

I know people were REALLY, really fast with Kobe Byrant's.

For Example:

I think this started as "Do the swag"

In this reddit thread (archive) from September 2018, OP posted an iMessage screenshot with the image macro. Seems to be the oldest mention of it. However, as some comments seem to claim "do the swag" is an running joke on /r/okbuddyretard.

Also, the image contains a "Mematic" watermark though, so it could be possible there's a generator which predates the reddit post.
