Ok some folks aren't liking the updates here, some don't want to take time out of a busy day to think about some thread on a meme site. I agree with them that this shouldn't feel like a chore. So updates will be pushed from every three days to once a week. Now if you want to update more, than go right ahead, but it isn't required.

I'll give you that, there are better ways. Then there are people who stack multiple challenges as a way of testing themselves. Then there are those who legitimately have it as an overbearing problem. Regardless of reason, they have every right to try without being ridiculed for it and their choice should be respected. Even if the ridicule is ultimately pointless.

And even if people perceive whatever gains the no-fappers they attain as a mere placebo, psychological benefits are also benefits.

Ok so it seems a few people have decided to try and decide what is and isn't acceptable in this thread. When I made this thread I thought I would lay some basic guidelines down and let the users decide to do what they will, but it appears that its gotten a bit out of hand. So here I am to let everyone know what is 100% required and what is just extra.
1. Don't fap
This is literally it. You do not have to report your progress if you don't want to, but if you want to then knock yourself out.
I also think I should make it clear that I am not saying RandomGuy and his version of this are invalid. I am just trying to say that the only requirement to be featured in the winning thread on October 1st is to not fap during September. If you do, you get put in the loser thread. Both of these threads will be in Riff Raff so don't take it to seriously.

P.S. If those few of you truly insist on keeping your stricter rules, then thats cool, but don't try and enforce it on the others. If you do please feel free to make your own thread.

Day 2, 11:15 AM: Had extremely lewd dream last night. Many of favorite fetishes all wrapped up together. Had strong urge to fap this morning, but managed to resist it. It also helped that I didn't have time, as I had to be at work soon. At work now, so no fapping here. I find being at work for a good chunk of the day, and being tired afterwards is a good way to avoid the urge to fap. Occupying oneself with manual labor may be a good strategy for the no fappers.
