Hey guys, I was lurking around EqD and found the MLP toys that McDonald's will be launching next month in Brazil.
Waddya say? I'm totally getting them allSauce: http://www.mcdonalds.com.br/maes/
Do want, however I want the solid colored ones first.
Oh god, my internet has been off more than it has been on since I got home,
It's been 4 and a half hours without pony time.

Was anyone else seriously annoyed by "The Best Night Ever"? Think about it.
It wasn't really the semi-sad ending that made me dissapointed, it was the fact that they got so close to their dreams, but when they don't happen, they just laugh it off?! I dunno about you guys, but if that happened to me, I'd be rather depressed.

I just watched this episode today. I'd be pissed to if something like that happened to me. But let's not forget is a kids show: A message like "when you don't get what you dream, you have to be sad" instead of "if things don't go as planned, just raise your head and carry on" doesn't fit at all (specially if it is a season ending episode)
The season finale pissed me off, they went to fulfill there dreams, or in like Twilight's case, what she really really wanted to do, and it all goes to dust, and then apparently donuts cure hopes and dreams as they still thought it was a great night :/

Eyup. If this was a non kids show (lol), the ep would've ended with them all depressed, and not laughing it off the way they did.
Also, those figures? Do Want! Hopefully they'll redo that here in the States, but I'm not holding my breath.
It was a bit of an unrealistic ending, them just laughing it off, but the message is still good. After meeting her prince I bet Rarity would have a better time eating doughnuts, maybe now she'll give Spike a chance.

Donuts do cure hopes and dreams
sometimes…

Pretty much, I suppose.
Even still, it irritated me.

Me, I'm kinda guessing they made Blueblood the way they did. That and if Rarity did get married that'd be it for one of the mane characters, and that most certainly wouldn't be happening I think.

Ahh! I've been out all day. Oh how I've missed my precious little ponies…
Hey I got a question. If Pinkie Diane Pie makes cupcakes outta ponies, what does she make pancakes out of?

There there… don't worry now. You're home.

With dragon fire of course!
@ Bronydude11:
Roasting stuff with dragon fire? Sounds like fun to me. =D
Even though it wasn't exactly like the way Pinkie Pie thought it would be, I think she still had fun.
Dr. Gregory Horse The Pony Medic wrote:

ohhhh, that makes sense…
i had to go use the sun to heat up my pancakes
but now things will be simpler

Wouldn't the hot pan then been delivered to Celestia?

Some ponies say it's not the fire, but the scrolls that are magic.

To be fair, Twilight's goal was to spend time with Celestia, which is what she ends up doing at the end. Also, Fluttershy, Applejack, and Pinkie Pie's goals were really just taking advantage of an oppertunity, and so missing out on them isn't as huge of a deal as it seems. Also, Rainbow Dash has already spent time with the Wonderbolts, and it has been confirmed that they know who she is and have seen her talent, so her night wasn't really that huge of a loss. The only one who has really missed out is Rarity. Since Prince Blueblood looks to be the only member of the royal family outside Luna and Celestia (that we know of) her rejecting him has pretty much ended her chances of marrying into royalty. Poor Rarity.
Hey. Random question. Who's this "Fridge" guy that everyone seems to hate so much? I keep seeing that name thrown around but I have no idea who he is or why he's so despised. So I thought I'd ask you guys.

He's nothing but a troll, and that's pretty much it.

He is a very mean person who has been bothering us for quite some time and has been temp-banned twice now for his actions. He is currently trying to raise an army against us on Deviant Art, but has thus far failed. Please ignore him. You shouldn't feed gremlins after midnight.

Yep, no matter how cute Gizmo may be.

He's the mold in the bottom of the barrel of dead fish. Just ignore him and his hopeless efforts against the mighty power. He is outnumbered so greatly and also that trolls trolling a entry get temp banned. It's a very one sided fight battle debate VERY small and pointless quarrel here. Nothing to be further worried about or spoken of until his pitiful return until he could be perma-banned. Don't worry your head now, hush now quiet now.
What where we talking about? Oh yah, not fridge. Let's discuss ponies nao. Who wants there to be elements of discord?

Nah, just a helpless troll who has the record of most thumbed down comment in a KYM page
Now that that's been said, have I shown
this off yet? I don't think I have. The best part about this class of ship is what class it is, which is why I named it what I did.
Alright, Fridge is depressing. New Topic: What show/book.movie.song/whatever would you most like to see cross over with MLP?
I need to draw my own OC pony. I feel I must, and it shall not just be an OC pony, I will work on it until it's something not just sitting in an avatar. At least that's that's what I want to do, I don't even know how to do it.

That's honorable of you, most FC (and OC for that matter) creators don't seem to understand that characters gain depth from their actions, you can't just draw a picture and say "this is my character, love them because I say so".

Crossover? hum… Don't know, perhaps with Naruto. Everytime I think bout Fluttershy, Hinata automatically comes to my mind and so on. Same with Twilight/Sakura and Rainbowdash/Naruto.

And I just realized that Garrashy would make the best crack pairing ever.
well I meant was every time I wrote a pony pun it was a lash on the back of my dignity and that I'm killing a show that I like but I cant stop thinking about my idea so I figure do get out of my system and never speak of it again.
I hope to have two more Pony named ships in the future, the U.S.S. Equestria and the U.S.S. Luna, though the Luna is probably not going to happen until October until Cryptic gets the Odyssey Class out.

Thank you for posing an actual topic instead of irrelevant jabbering.
Anyway, I thought the entire episode was brilliant. The incredibly grand musical number, the excellent plot and, of course, Flutterrage. A solid finale in my opinion.
In response to Citation's question, I think it has to do with teaching the main demographic an important lesson: nothing ever goes as it does in one's fantasies. In other words, shit happens, and you just gotta shrug it off and keep on living.

I do.
I think that would be cool. If properly executed, that is. It could go poorly.
As for the last episode of Season 1, I just found the ending flat out rushed. I could see how the mane 6 wouldn't be terribly disappointed, but the resolution was so fast and incomplete, that I was no longer paying attention to the story and was thinking about the execution of the Donuts with the Princess scene.

Red Dead Redemption. Because everything is better with alcohol, hookers, kidnapping, guns, the "Dastardly" achievement and a ridiculously sad, and tragic end to a beloved character. That and horses. Wait………

lolnope. I will have to respectfully disagree, I don't like mixing ponies with alcohol (except for comedic purposes like Berry Punch) or hookers, or kidnapping (except Past Sins) or guns (except TF2) and I ESPECIALLY don't like characters dying.
Honestly i would just love to see legend of celestia: ocarina of time. And i want the mane cast not just made up ponies just for the occasion and you can choose which pony will be link and the other characters reactions would vary based on your choice
Still. I just didn't think the Applaloosa episode did enough justice to the whole Western theme. I may start sounding like a perfectionist but Applaloosa felt too stale and not rich enough. Ponyville feels like a small village or hamlet. Cloudsdale, a large and extravagant city in the sky. Canterlot felt like a royal fortress-turned capitol. Applaloosa. Meh. But whatevs….
Warning: TL;DR
Dear Celestia, that was the most wonderful thing I have ever read in my 14 years of existence. (I may be exaggerating /a bit/, but please don't rain on my party.) Past Sins is awesome. I thought (simplistically) that Nyx using all of her energy to defeat the monsters would have made her back into a filly and that then the absence of magic would have released the princesses. But, I like the real ending much better. Anypony have any other final thought on Past Sins?
Also, was the phrase "past sins" ever used in the story, I know "past" and "sins" were used apart though.
Well, goodnight everypony! Have a wonderful time.

^ You stole my words man.
Hay guys, I'm over halfway done with the first part of my comic but something's buggin' me, that is I'm having trouble naming the series.
I'm going for sort of a "FiM: The Lost Episodes" feel where it's basically a fan-written episode in comic form, but the best I could come up with was "Pony Tails" (that pun feels too cheesy even for MLP, plus the name's pretty similar to a crappy spin-off from the olden days) I even whipped up a logo based on that name.
Do you guys think this is alright? Or do you have any suggestions that would suit the series better?
