I've posted images in different galleries and they keep getting moved into different ones, even though they pertain more to the gallery I originally posted in. Can someone tell me why they keep getting moved?

That image is more relevant in its original gallery, "Good Heavens, Just Look At The Time". If we have an entry for a particular image/fad then you should post it in that gallery, otherwise is going to be moved to a more fitting gallery.

I understand, but what if an image is related to a certain entry and just utilizes a fad like that? Wouldn't it be more relevant to the original gallery it was posted in? Like this one. I posted it in the Super Smash Bros Gallery and it was moved to Luigi's Death Stare. I understand the reasoning behind this but I still feel like it was more relevant to the former gallery. (Sorry if it sounds like I'm being whiny, I'm just trying to understand things)
