Alright, I don't have very much information to go off on, since I only ever played it on a computer (or video game console) as a kid at my local 24 Hour Fitness, but I'll try to describe the game as best as possible.

1. The mascots or characters of the game were yellow creature and I don't remember any of their names.
2. One game mode involved using electrical circuits, so I think it was an educational game.
3. The wires of the circuits were red and the pegboard for the connections was green.
4. If you overloaded a circuit with too much volts, some of the electronics equipment would break.
5. I most likely played this game somewhere between 2000 to 2007.
6. The graphics of the game resemble early 3D ones, with 2D sprites for the characters.

Okay, that's all I can remember honestly, so if you so happen to know what game this is, I will thank you greatly!

It seems you can download it from Abandonware
https://www.myabandonware.com/game/zap-3su
it's a .sit file which apparently means it can work for both win and mac
