porn is disgusting, also it's not 'just porn'. porn is an outlet for desires and not always just sexual ones. often the desire is for dominance, and in porn the dominance is used against someone who is a) unwilling or b) too young to understand the nature and consequences of sexual relations or c) the most common trope and therefore the "normal" pornography of "butt-thirsty sluts" and other brainless bimbos who live only to please men. now the idea is that they are 'just actors' or 'cartoon girls' but some of the ideas can take hold and turn you into a rapist. and when it comes to loli it makes you a child rapist. even though we know they are actors ideas can slip by us if we don't focus on them. like wrestling, we know it's staged but backyard wrestling is very common in children and the wildly uneducated. porn has a similar effect.

so yeah, there is a reason why 'kinkshaming' is a thing, it's because we cannot risk the tide of rapists and child rapists in our culture to grow any larger than it is right now.
