I was browsing an imageboard back in 2023. I downloaded a video that was a different format so that's why it couldn't play.
Before deleting the video, I screenshot it.

That's Strelok from S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow Of Chornobyl (previously named Shadow of Chernobyl).
He's the protagonist of SoC and a recurring character in other titles. He's a "STALKER", someone who hunts relics within the "Exclusion Zone", a place warped by radiation and anomalies inspired by the book Roadside Picnic, the soviet movie "Stalker", and the real life Chernobyl nuclear meltdown. It and other STALKER games are on sale right now for cheap during the Ukrainian games festival sales event on steam. Highly recommend, so give it a look if you're curious.
