On May 5th, 2001, episode 27b of SpongeBob SquarePants, "Life Of Crime,"^[1] first aired on Nickelodeon. The episode featured a scene where SpongeBob and Patrick decide to eat a chocolate bar each, however, Patrick forgets that he ate his chocolate and accuses SpongeBob of stealing it. The camera then pans from Patrick's chocolate-covered face to his full, lumpy body.

The earliest online instance of this scene is a YouTube video clip^[2] from February 8th, 2011 (seen below).
