Origin
This meme originated from a 2019 Conservative campaign video, in which Boris Johnson (Former Mayor or London and Conservative Party leader) parodies a scene from 2003 film Love Actually. In the video Johnson swaps through various signs with different text on, which all together explain various election promises and promote the Conservative Party.
