After stansarahpaulson's video, TikTok users started using various clips of the actress dancing in their own videos, either reacting to the dance or incorporating it otherwise. On October 6th, 2020, TikToker serenajohnson[3] uploaded a video of herself reacting to Paulson dancing on Ellen, receiving over 6.4 million views and 1.3 million likes in 9 days (shown below, left). On the same day, TikToker jasmeeniebobeenie[4] uploaded a video dancing along to Paulson, garnering over 5.1 million views and 1.1 million likes (shown below, right).

The video garnered over 33 million views and 9 million likes in 3 days.
