Cheerileeder is the nickname given to Friendship is Magic character Cheerilee in her cheerleader outfit. After the episode she was seen doing this aired, she caught on quickly online.
Origin
The original source is from the fourteenth episode of the sixth season of the show, entitled "The Cart Before The Ponies". The episode primarily focuses on the fillies of Cheerilee's class prepping for a go-kart race, while being assisted by an older character. Before and during the actual race, Cheerilee can be seen in a cheerleader's outfit and cheering for the racers.
A clip featuring Cheerilee in her outfit was uploaded to YouTube by Letupita725HD on August 7, 2016. It currently sits at over 800,000 views.

After the episode aired, fans and users took attention to Cheerileeder due to her cute design. The character in the outfit is a popular choice for fan art as well.
