refers to someone, usually a man, who has finally admitted and is open about his love of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, and has become a self proclaimed "Brony."

This catchphrase is a play on the term "coming out out the closet" which is used to refer to homosexuals hiding their sexual identity.
