DOP

There is little documentation of this meme, as it is one of few memes to be created and pronouced dead within the timespan of a single stream. it was firts made a meme when the streamer, RTgames, noticed someone on the terarria server he was using built a sign out of dirt saying "DOP". the meme was then spammed into the chat while the streamer was trying to understand its meaning. The meme was spammed into the chat so much that the streamer banned the phrase "DOP" on his discord (https://discordapp.com/channels/176364445797318656/221677598290214913) and made his twitch chat only accessible by subscribed users (https://www.twitch.tv/rtgamecrowd). The streamer then began to not how the meme was already dead in the same stream it was concevied. The streamer, in an attempt to stop it from becoming a meme again edited it out of the stream when he posted his youtube video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=412EZRGDn60) of the stream. also, the stream in question is here, as i didnt see any resource lines that worked for twitch.
